All Good Things Must Come to an End
I dropped BrownAmazon off at the airport this morning so she could return back to the Land of Ice and Snow. It's going to be sunny and 89 here today...
We had a blast and were always on the go, as you can tell from the lack of posts and pictures from either of us. She said she enjoyed every minute of the trip, but I'll keep an eye on her blog to see if she tells you all anything different. Shh...
I told her this morning that it was time for her to go. Elvis slept with HER last night! O_O
Me, accusatorially: "Harumph. Elvis slept with you the entire night."
BA, defensively: "But he didn't sleep ON me!"
Me, to Elvis: "Harumph. Just because she's not the one taking care of you and giving you meds, you run to her. I see how this is."
Isn't that the way? You spend all your time, energy and effort on a guy and he runs off to be with the cute new girl. No use for the old lady anymore. >:-(

It was super fun having her here and showing off my 'hood. I over-ate and under-slepped and had a fantastic time with one of my fave Voxers!

can't wait to see pics and hear more details. Anytime someone may sleep over my house (it's rare, but it gets talked about) THEY always say Elvis can sleep with them. And I have to tell them he sleeps in his cage.

BrownA is the first houseguest EVAR that Elvis has slept with. He usually hangs out with them - guests are on the living room sofa-sleeper - until I go to bed and then he follows me in.
He was probably being nice and hostly because it was her last night in town!
I woke up this morning to no kitty on the bed and was a little sad. Srsly. So I creeped down the hall and peeked around the corner, where I saw him awake and hanging out by BrownA. I scowled at him and went back under the covers. A few seconds later, he popped up for his morning cuddles. Yay!
What fun! I'm glad you guys had a great time, and I can't wait to see the photos!
